1. General

Data protection has a high priority at blueDRM. When collecting, processing and using data we strictly comply with the statutory provisions of the DSG 2018, the TKG 2003 and the GDPR – towards our employees, service providers, clients and prospects.

Our employees commit in writing to data secrecy. Access rights are governed by the blueDRM data security measures. We have concluded the agreements required by the GDPR with our service providers. Our high level of protection of hardware and software prevents unlawful access to data.

2. Collection and processing of data

We process your personal data either

• to safeguard our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), namely to ensure the operation, security and optimisation of our website, or
• because you have subscribed to our newsletter (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), or
• to handle enquiries you send us via the contact form on our website, by e-mail or by phone (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), or
• to fulfil our legal obligations in connection with the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

You give us your consent when subscribing to the newsletter or when sending or making an enquiry to us.

To improve our information offer, the following data is collected, stored and evaluated when you visit our website: browser type, operating system, country, date, time and duration of access, IP address and pages visited, including entry and exit pages. The web server is located in the EU. This data is not used to personally identify visitors to this website.

“Cookies” serve to recognise visitors and to store temporary data. We only use session cookies for site analysis, i.e. all information is automatically deleted a certain time after leaving the website. We do not use advertising cookies.

If you subscribe to our newsletter via our website, we process your name, your e-mail address, the time of subscription and your IP address. We also store which newsletters we have sent you, whether and when you opened, blocked or marked them as spam, whether they could not be delivered temporarily or permanently, whether you subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter, and which and how many links you click in the newsletters. The processing of this data is covered by the consent given when subscribing to our newsletter. If you do not wish to provide this information, please do not subscribe to the newsletter.

To achieve the purposes listed above, it may occasionally be necessary for us to disclose your data to the following recipients. Disclosure may take place by transmission, dissemination or another form of making data available.

3. Information on tracking and use of visitor data

On this website we collect, to the extent permitted by law, certain information that helps us to better understand our visitors' requirements regarding our website and the services offered. Except as described in this policy or as a result of a corresponding court order, this information is not shared with third parties. General statistical information and data about the use of the website itself are evaluated exclusively in aggregated form and do not appear to us as individual records. They serve statistical purposes only.

Cookies. Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files placed on your device by your browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser to inform you when cookies are set and to allow them only in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Use of Google Analytics. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Cookies are used that enable an analysis of the use of the website by users. The information generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider. Your IP address is collected but immediately pseudonymised, so that only a rough localisation is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standard contractual clauses / an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Data processing is based on the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised. User data is retained for 50 months. Further information on Google's privacy policy can be found on the Google Analytics website.

4. External service providers

For certain activities we commission external service providers to process data. These service providers process the data exclusively according to our instructions, are therefore also bound by this privacy policy and are monitored by us. Service providers may under no circumstances use the data for their own purposes.

5. Data security

Personal data you have transmitted to us is protected against unlawful access by our high level of hardware and software protection.

6. Disclaimer

Our texts are carefully checked. Nevertheless, no guarantee can be given for their topicality, correctness and completeness. Our websites may contain hyperlinks, i.e. electronic cross-references through which websites of other companies can be accessed. The operators of linked pages are solely responsible for their content. This privacy notice does not apply to those linked websites; only the privacy policies published there apply.

7. Consent and withdrawal

If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we only process it after your express consent. As a matter of principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorised to do so. If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, all your personal data will be irrevocably deleted unless there is a legal necessity or a legitimate interest in continuing to process it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information about the personal data concerned, or you can view, change or delete your data yourself on the following website: CHECK YOUR DATA. Unless a statutory retention obligation exists, you have the right to erasure of this data and to object to processing. You also have the right to rectification of the data, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
